Job Summary:
Take the helm of the Accessories Shop and play a pivotal role in shaping the production and growth of a thriving company. As the Accessories Shop Supervisor, you’ll oversee the repair and overhaul of critical components, ensuring every task meets rigorous quality, cost, and efficiency standards. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving results, fostering a motivated team, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Your role includes, but is not limited to:

Team Leadership:
- Lead a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and mentoring technicians.
- Manage schedules, payroll, and PTO while conducting performance evaluations and driving career development.

Operational Excellence:
- Ensure seamless shop operations, adhering to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct routine audits to maintain adherence to repair station standards and ensure top-notch results.

Strategic Planning:
- Assign tasks and create daily schedules tailored to team skills and client requirements.
- Set and analyze KPIs (revenue, profitability, TAT, etc.), taking proactive measures to meet targets.

Quality Control:
- Oversee teardown reports, inspections, and unit quality, ensuring every step aligns with client and industry standards.
- Conduct final inspections to guarantee readiness for return to service.

Continuous Improvement:
- Evaluate equipment and procedures to enhance efficiency, recommending and implementing updates.
- Foster a culture of 5S, maintaining clean, organized, and well-equipped workspaces.
Skills and Qualifications:
We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven professional with:
- Experience: 4-10 years in a Part 145 organization or equivalent education and training.
- Technical Expertise: Familiarity with FAA, EASA, and CASE regulations.
- Leadership Skills: Proven supervisory experience, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills for complex challenges.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
- Teamwork: A collaborative spirit and a knack for managing multiple tasks under pressure.
