Senior Project Manager

Our client is currently looking for several Senior Project Managers to join them on a permanent basis. As the Senior Project Manager, we are looking for someone who has extensive experince working within Financial Services and have managed a number of large projects and have significant experience and leadership skills.

Role: Senior Project Manager
Location: Remote
Contract: Permanent, Monday – Friday
Salary: Up to £78,000 DOE

Responsibilities

• Identify and report key success criteria / measurements for successful delivery of the project (Cost, Time and Quality)
• Lead and drive the delivery team, ensure the right calibre of staff are assigned to the project with the relevant skill set profile and ownership.
• Lead or take ownership of the governance for the Project, ensuring the relevant stakeholders are engaged and accountable for their aspect of the delivery.
• Ensuring the right culture and attitude is embedded in how we operate to achieve successful business outcomes.

Requirements:

• Proven project management track record in a delivery environment
• Previous experience within a Financial Services/regulated environment is essential.
• Understands and follows project management methodology.
• Can demonstrate experience in Agile and Waterfall development methods.
• Has proven leadership managing a diverse multi-disciplined virtual team.
• The ability to work with senior stakeholders to develop a long-term strategy and shape the future road map.
