Your Role:

✈ Oversee and track repair orders – from raising requests to approvals and updates
🛠 Negotiate quotes and manage repairs with MRO workshops and vendors
📊 Keep the sales team informed – provide critical updates on components and repairs
🗣 Maintain strong relationships – liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
⚙ Ensure smooth operations – manage warranty repairs, pricing, and process efficiency

What You Bring:

✅ A passion for aviation and engineering-you understand the importance of precision and efficiency
✅ Experience in aerospace (MRO, stockist, or workshop) with strong attention to detail in quoting repairs, chasing repairs and brining strong customer service and vendor management.
✅ Negotiation and problem-solving skills-you can secure the best deals and keep operations running smoothly
✅ Proficiency in Quantum ERP & MS Office-keeping things organised and up to date
