My client is a global high-technology leader investing in digital innovations, connectivity, big data, in the maintenance of aeronautical parts, fix wing and rotary wing.

ROLE: SENIOR AVIONICS MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (ELECTRONICAL) LOCATION: VERGIATE (VA) PAY: TBD CONTRACT: PERMANENT
SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The Avionics Maintenance Technician will be responsible for carrying on the repair of avionics equipment respecting lead times, costs and quality expectations and grow into becoming Certifying Staff for Repair Activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To enrure the repair of mechanical and electronical equipment
  • To perform the inspection, the default investigations and the repairs of the equipment as per applicable maintenance documentation
  • To ensure that repairs, quality, lead time and costs
  • To prepare technical quotes & workshop reports
  • To ensure equipment conformity
  • To ensure traceability of acrivities within ERP (SAP R3)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Electronical diploma (“perito eletronico level”)
  • 5 years of experience in the aeronautical domain
  • Good Italian (talking, speaking & writing)
  • Technical English (able to read technical documentation and to read technical documentation and to write technical shop reports)
  • French (notions) will be considered a plus
  • Previous qualification as Certifying Staff in Civil (CIT C) will be considered a plus
  • Teamwork & adaptability
  • Skills in electronical
  • ffice Suite
  • Qualities: curious, autonomous, reactive, proactive, rigorous, able to synthetize and flexible
