An exciting opportunity awaits a dynamic Sales Director to join a leading private jet charter company in Dubai. We are seeking a proven leader with extensive industry expertise, a strong network, and the ability to drive sales in a competitive and luxurious market.

Job Title: Sales Director

Location: Dubai, UAE
Language Requirement: Fluent in Arabic and English

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
* Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and ensuring KPIs are met.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNWIs, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.
* Identify new market opportunities and expand the client base within the GCC region and beyond.
* Negotiate complex charter agreements and provide customized solutions to clients.
* Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to enhance client satisfaction and brand visibility.
Requirements:
* Experience: At least 5 years in the private jet charter industry with a proven track record of success in sales.
* Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
* Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Established relationships with clients in the private aviation and aircraft charter sectors is highly desirable.
