Our client has an opportunity for a Digital Retail Executive to join them on a contract basis for an initial 3 months. You will be supporting the Retail Account Manager with the day-to-day digital retail operations.
Role: Digital Retail Executive
Location: Hounslow – 3 days onsite as a minimum
Hours: Full Time
Daily Rate: £150 per day via PAYE
What you’ll be doing:
- Support RAM (Retail Account Manager) with day-to-day digital retail operations.
- Support RAM with retailer enquiries
- Monitoring Operations across our R&C locations
- Reviewing and Raise New User Experience website improvements to digital stakeholders
- Support RAM with brand onboarding programme
- Monitor ecommerce orders and coordinator with external suppliers to ensure SLA order levels and maintain 99% order fulfilment rate.
- Coordinate Digital retail reporting to wide stakeholders (weekly/monthly/YTD)
- Occasional hands-on support within the retail area
Requirements:
- Retail Administration experience
- Ecommerce experience would be desirable
- Proficient with MS Packages
- Ability to work independently
- Great communication skills, and liaising with stakeholders
- Right to work in the UK without restrictions
