Job Title: Quantum Component Control ERP Business & Systems Analyst
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Quantum ERP to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing, optimizing, and supporting our ERP system, ensuring it aligns with business goals and processes. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs, design solutions, develop and produce reports, and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.
About the Client:
Our client is a rapidly expanding FAA and EASA 145 authorized aviation component maintenance provider with a global footprint spanning ten locations. Since its inception in the late 1980s, the company has been distinguished by its team of highly skilled and seasoned professionals who consistently exceed goals while prioritizing people.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and Maintain ERP System: Administer and maintain the Quantum Component Control ERP system, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues.
- Data Integrity and Security: Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system.
- Report Design and Generation: Design and generate reports to support decision-making, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities using Power BI.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Process Documentation and Improvement: Document current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement.
- Implementation and Optimization: Lead the implementation of new modules and features to optimize Quantum ERP.
- System Upgrades: Coordinate system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct system testing and validation for successful deployment.
- Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support to end-users and develop training programs to enhance user proficiency.
- User Manuals and Documentation: Create and maintain user manuals and documentation.
- Project Management: Manage ERP-related projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to achieve project objectives.
- Frequent Travel: Frequent travel required.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
- ERP Expertise: Proven experience with Quantum Component Control ERP system.
- Reporting Tools: Experience designing and producing reports in Power BI.
- Business Processes: Strong understanding of business processes and workflows in manufacturing or similar industries.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools.
- Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Experience with project management methodologies and tools (PMP preferred).
- System Navigation: Proficient in navigating Quantum component control.
- Report Production: Ability to produce reports from Quantum.
- System Customization: Capability to manipulate the system and make changes to suit AeroRepair.
- Application Building: Experience building extra applications/tools within the system.
- Training: Ability to train others effectively.
- Travel: Open to travel.
