On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Project Engineer to join them on a 12 -month contract. As the Project Engineer you will work within the Manufacturing Engineering Function and be responsible for scoping, developing and delivering projects that will benefit businesses across the Broughton plant/.
Role: Project Engineer
Pay: £35.03 per hour via Umbrella
Contract: Monday to Friday, 35 Hours a week, 12 months contract
Location: Broughton
IR35: Inside
SC Clearance: BPSS
Responsibilities
- Dealing with various activities in a constant evolving environment
- Dealing with external partners
- Discovering different manufacturing technologies
- Manage the full project scope from end to end.
- Influence key stakeholders outside of your sphere of influence.
Essential Skills and Experince
- Degree/HND/HNC/NVQ4 in Engineering or closely related subject, or
- Lower academic qualifications combined with 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing engineering environment, or Higher Apprenticeship or equivalent in Engineering.
- Experienced knowledge of aircraft production, and engineering methods and procedures.
- Proven Project management experience
- ?Problem solving techniques.
- Fluent English negotiation level (commercial and technical).
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Google Office IT tools: Slides, Sheets, Gmail
