Production Worker

I am working with a manufacturing company in Leigh-On-Sea. They are seeking a number of Assembly Operatives to help assemble materials both manually and using semi-automatic equipment.
This is light assembly work. No heavy lifting.

Available Shifts
Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm OR
Monday to Wednesday 6:30am -16:30 /Thursday 6:30-15:30

Pay rate: £11.44 per hour (plus holiday pay on top). Overtime is paid at time and a half for any hours worked over the 37.5 hours per week.
Start date: ASAP

Main responsibilities of the Assembly Operatives will include:

• Following assembly guidelines using semi-automatic and manual assembly equipment
• Packing items in containers and boxes
• Operating tools and equipment.

Ideal candidate profile:

• Must be self-motivated and able to work using their own initiative.
• Flexible approach and willing to support in other areas.
• Good hand eye co-ordination required for the assembly of small components by hand.
• Good communicator.
• Previous experience in the assembly of small components is useful.
• May be expected to work other shift patterns
