I am seeking a Production Coordinator to join my renowned Part 145 aviation industry client based near Heathrow Airport, West London.
You will oversee the repair and overhaul process of various aircraft components, Line Replaceable Units (LRUs), and hydraulic components.
This position ensures that production schedules align with customer requirements, turnaround times (TAT), and quality standards. The role requires close coordination with production teams, engineering, supply chain, and customer service to proactively address any bottlenecks and keep stakeholders informed.
Role: Production Coordinator (Part 145 Facility)
Location: West London
Shift: Mon-Fri. Week 1, 06:00 – 14:00. Week 2, 13:55 – 21:55.
Salary: From £25,527 plus shift allowance

Main responsibilities:
- Monitor on time delivery of all parts to build and ensure all LRU’s meet their turn time
- Embrace and actively improve LEAN processes
- To manage and co-ordinate the logistics operation so as to provide an effective and efficient service to operations
- To ensure all components are completed to the required turn time
- To ensure shortages of parts for build are identified 7 – 10 days before requirement for build
- To ensure all work complies with requirements of the CAA and FAA and any other recognized regulatory body
- To manage manpower levels to meet the needs of the operations at all times
- To constantly monitor and review operating methods in order to facilitate both qualitative and quantitative improvements in the service provided to operations
Ideal candidate profile:
- Educated to GCSE level minimum or equivalent
- Ideally hold an Engineering apprenticeship
- 2 years’ experience working in a similar position would be desirable
- Previous Airline Industry knowledge and a good understanding of CAA/FAA regulations would be advantageous
- Able to work shifts as above
- Good understanding of Excel and Word packages. SAP beneficial.
- Well organised, punctual, quality conscious and flexible
