Operations Controller

Join our client’s dynamic team in Hampshire for a rewarding opportunity as an Operations Controller on a permanent basis. As the Operations Controller, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing daily operations, fostering seamless and productive connections between clients and the team. Your focus will be on ensuring operational efficiency and nurturing valuable client relationships.

Role: Operations Controller
Location: Hampshire
Hours: Full time, rotating shift pattern. Flexibility to work weekends/bank holidays is required
Salary: £28,000-£30,000

Day to Day responsibilities:

• Planning and scheduling the team to ensure 5-star service is delivered to clients
• Managing incoming bookings and ensuring internal systems are updated accordingly
• Keeping up to date with customer changes and factors that may impact completion of works, and dealing with these efficiently
• Upselling services and further developing sales at the bases
• Issuing Compliance Certificates
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Supporting Team Leaders where applicable
• Administration of all departmental documentation

Requirements:

• Aviation experience is essential
• Planning and scheduling experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator
• Ability to work to time scales in a high pressure environment
• Highly motivated to deliver outstanding customer service
