Scope of Role

This is a fabulous opportunity to join a world-renowned company specialising in Aircraft Engine MRO. This opportunity will require successful candidates to perform engine maintenance on a wide range of products within our clients London service centre.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  • Engine Maintenance – you will perform aero-engine maintenance, modification, and inspections tasks in our London service centre. This will be across a wide range of product types within our capability list.
  • Customer Interaction – you will be interacting with customers daily and will need to manage expectations in a professional, timely manner.
  • Improvements – you will be expected to deliver projects to improve our business operation.

Experience Required

  • Experience – experience in the MRO or Aviation industry, specifically engine level build, test or repair operations.
  • Skills – the necessary skills and experience to carry out base maintenance of Aero Engines / Gas Turbine Engines.
  • Knowledge – an in depth understanding of EASA Part 145 regulations, with an expectation you be able to complete Form 1 release to service certificates.
  • Behaviours – excellent process improvement skills, the ability to demonstrate perseverance, initiative, flexibility, self-motivation and a good team player.
  • Education – Time Served apprentice with NVQ level 3 in an Engineering discipline. Fluent in written and spoken English and IT literate.
  • Security – be able to obtain and maintain an Airside and other security pass clearance.
