On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit an NTIP Implementation Lead to join on an initial 12-month contract. As the NTIP Implementation Lead you will plan and implement one of the digital tools for in-service support, together with the associated change management within the Customer Support & Services (CSS) UK organisation.
Role: NTIP Implementation Lead
Pay: DOE per hour Via Umbrella
Location: Stevenage or Bristol
Contract: Monday- Friday, 37 Hours per week, 12 Months contract
IR35 Status: Inside
Security Clearance: Security Clearnce required however can start on BPSS
Responsibilities
* Plan, implement, and deliver a digital tool for in-service support, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
* Lead and manage the associated change management activities required to integrate the digital tool within the customer support and services organisation
* Collaborate with international teams to develop and deploy the digital tool, ensuring seamless integration into the existing in-service product lifecycle management framework.
* Shape the future utilization and development of in-service digital tools to support long-term strategic goals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration across teams and geographies.
* Facilitate and manage interactions across cross-cultural teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of objectives
Essential Requirements
* A self-starter that has experience of implementing digital tools into a customer / product support business environment, together with the associated planning, implementation & change management, ideally utilising Agile.
* Fully understands the project milestones required when implementing digital tools and how they influence the project.
* Strategic agility, anticipating future requirement for both the tools and project planning.
* Ability to build and establish strong business relationships with internal stakeholders and members of the team that will utilise the tool, including the ability manage cross culture personalities and interactions.
