Seeking a dynamic MRO Account Manager to join my client’s Aerospace MRO team in West London.
Relevant experience in the aviation industry is ESSENTIAL.
You’ll act as the main point of contact for their customers, managing MRO contracts, driving profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
They are responsible for monitoring and recalculating long-term MRO contracts, setting performance targets, initiating contract amendments, and leading re-negotiations. The Account Manager will drive profitability through new business quotes, upselling opportunities, and ensuring timely revenue collection.
Role: MRO Account Manager – Permanent Position
Location: West London
Pay: From £36,532 per annum
Hours: 38 Hours per week, Mon-Fri. Overtime may be required.

Job Profile:
* Contract Management: Manage, recalculate, and negotiate long-term MRO contracts. Resolve disputes efficiently.
* Commercial Focus: Create business quotes, upsell services, sell MRO solutions to contracted customers and ensure timely revenue collection.
* Customer Relations: Handle escalations, act as a Customer Ambassador, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
* Performance Tracking: Analyse contractual KPIs, organise performance meetings, and provide detailed insights & recommendations to enhance profitability and service delivery.
* Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation and improvements in the MRO products, ensuring they meet market demands and customer expectations.
* Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to team members.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation Management or a related field.
* Proven aviation-specific experience in MRO account management.
* Strong understanding of MRO contracts, financial performance measures, and customer satisfaction metrics.
* Proficiency in creating and analysing performance reports.
* Strong negotiation, commercial decision-making, and customer management skills.
* Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication abilities.
* Willingness to travel internationally and work under pressure.
