Role Overview:

Our client is looking for an ambitious and dynamic Paid Media Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of major digital platforms, including Facebook, X, and YouTube, with proven experience in executing and managing media strategies. You’ll play a crucial role in developing and executing media campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and brand visibility for their clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Planning and Execution: Lead the development, management, and optimisation of media campaigns across Facebook, X, and YouTube. Ensure campaigns are highly targeted and optimised for maximum performance.
  • Platform Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Facebook, X, and YouTube platforms, including audience insights, targeting options, and ad formats.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to ensure media and creative align with client objectives, and offer insights into the most effective types of content across platforms.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Analyse campaign performance regularly, track KPIs, and provide detailed reports on media spend, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing strategies and media buys. Partner with the creative team to ensure campaigns are supported by compelling visuals, copy, and messaging.
  • Campaign Optimisation: Continuously monitor and refine campaigns for optimal performance, staying up to date with platform changes, emerging trends, and best practices.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience managing campaigns on Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media advertising best practices.
  • Proficiency with platform tools like Facebook Ads Manager, X Ads, and YouTube Studio.
  • Experience in media buying and understanding of targeting, bidding, and optimisation strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimise campaign performance.
  • Creative thinking with a focus on innovative ways to engage target audiences.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving ROI.
