My client is the largest independent maintenance provider for airlines in Europe and is looking for a MCC wfor their station in Milano Malpensa. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the entire payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance of payslips with current regulations.

Key Accountability:
- Be a 24/7 focal point to the Operator’s MOC, Planning and CAMO departments.
- React to Crew and Operator’s MOC requests for technical assistance due to Aircraft technical issues or damages (callouts) and manage the manpower resources available at the station (according to their Certification authorization capabilities) to resolve them with the minimum impact on the operation either by a rectification action or a deferral in accordance with approved maintenance data.
- Aircraft on Ground (AOG) events – management of the recovery and status communication to the Operator’s MOC and management.
- Scheduled Maintenance events required by the Operator – coordination of the scheduled and unscheduled works, follow-up of the progress and status communication to the Operator’s MOC.
- Ensure coordination between parties (Operator’s MOC/Planning/CAMO&Powerplant/Purchasing department, Tooling department, Store department) for a smooth operation and performance of all maintenance tasks to be performed on the Opeartor’s fleet.
- Analysis of all the Planned Production required by the Operator, ensuring the available resources (manpower, equipment, tooling, spare parts, and available ground time) are suitable to ensure the completion of the task.
- Coordination with the Production Shift Leaders to ensure the assignment of all the Scheduled maintenance to the Certifying and Support staff
- Night shift Production Status communication to the Operator’s MOC.
- Administration and digital/physical storage of all technical records to ensure compliance with EASA Part 145 regulation: Logbook (TLB), Cabin Logbook (CLB), Workorders (WO), Work Packages (WP) and EASA Form 1 of installed components.
- Coordination with the Operator’s Ground Handling agent for the positioning and removal of Ground Support Equipment (Passenger stairs and Ground Power Units) required for all maintenance activities on the Operator’s fleet
Working Experience, Qualification & Requirements:
- Aeronautical Engineer Master/Bachelor Degree (preferable not mandatory).
- Ideally, previous experience in Airline operations department and good understanding of the aviation operational environment.
- Good technical knowledge of aircraft systems.
- Quick learner, proactive, highly organized individual with the ability to work effectively on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- An analytical and process-focused mind.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Willing to work on 24/7 rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Fluent English and Italian.
- Experience in AMOS will be considered a plus.
- Knowledge of EASA Regulation (Part M, Part 145), SMS, EWIS and Fuel Tank Safety will be considered a plus.
- Valid driving license.
- Valid criminal record check.
- Right to live and work in Italy prior to application.
