Our client has an opportunity for a Project Manager to join them on a contract basis until October 2025.
Role: Project Manager
Location: Remote
Daily Rate: £750-£850 per day via Umbrella, inside IR35
What you’ll be doing:
1) Delivery of Contact Centre specific programme workstreams which will integrate AWS with MS dynamics product suite including:
– Telephony: Core capability for telephony configured for client specific deliveries
– Chat/Chatbot: Core Chatbot and Webchat capability for voice configured for client specific deliveries
– WFM: Workforce management for contact centre
2) Delivery of Internal web application/solution to provide:
– Account Management, Contact Management and Case Management for Pensions administrators
– Knowledge Base, Interactions Management and Marketing for Digital Engagement Team
Requirements:
- Project Management experience
- Pensions experience
- Web application project experience
