As the Head of Charter, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring seamless operations across the US. If you have over 5 years of experience in a private jet brokerage, a proven track record in sales management, and a passion for aviation, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing company.

Requirements

  • Industry Experience: 5+ years of direct experience working for a private jet brokerage (not an operator).
  • Sales Leadership: Proven track record in managing and leading a sales team.
  • CRM Expertise: Proficient in using CRM systems to manage team activities and sales processes.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Performance Under Pressure: Ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Self-Motivation: Willingness to work outside regular hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire the Miami-based sales team, setting targets and monitoring performance.
  • Operations Oversight: Oversee US charter operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain client relationships to ensure the company is the preferred supplier.
  • CRM Activities: Ensure the sales team utilizes the CRM system effectively to track activities, manage leads, and close deals.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic direction of US operations, working closely with senior leadership.
