Our client has an opportunity for a Training Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis. You will be part of the team dedicated to ensuring the smooth running of the Training team.

Role: Training Coordinator
Location: Farnborough
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provision of day-to-day operational support to the training department
  • Arranging flights, hotels and transport for flight crew
  • Maintain and update the operations management system
  • Crew qualifications monitoring
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Liaise with the Duty Operations Controller on all matters affecting company operations and compliance
  • Some weekend/bank holiday/out of hours/shift work

Requirements:

  • Administration experience
  • Desire to work within the aviation industry
  • Flexible to the demands of the role
  • Ability to work well within the team
  • Excellent communicator
  • Excellent organiser
