Your Role:

As a Delivery Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our recruitment reach. You will:

• Hunt for Talent: Use innovative sourcing methods to research, identify, and attract the best candidates.
• Streamline Applications: Ensure every application is processed efficiently, keeping our hiring process smooth and effective.
• Match the Perfect Fit: Qualify, shortlist, and present candidates that align perfectly with our job vacancies.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Liaise effectively with candidates and internal teams to support a seamless recruitment process.
• Build Relationships: Initiate and nurture strong, lasting relationships with top talent.
• Achieve Targets: Consistently meet agreed KPIs and targets while seeking out new candidate and client opportunities.

What You Bring to the Table:

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in resourcing or aviation recruitment.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, professional service environment.
• Is highly computer literate, with strong skills in O365/Office software.
• Communicates clearly and confidently at all levels.
• Thinks critically and excels under pressure.
• Pays impeccable attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
• Is driven, self-motivated, and determined to succeed.
• Has the right to live and work in the UK without sponsorship
