My client is looking for Customer Service Assistant to join on them on a permanent basis. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering the best service possible to the assigned customer portfolio at every stage of the order, as well as supporting the Sales team according to Company procedures, being aware of the relevance of this area for commercial success.
Role: Customer Service Assistant – Permanent Role
Pay: £24,000 per annum PAYE
Location: Esher, Surrey
Hours: 37.5 hours working per week (7.5 hour day between the hours of 08:00 – 18:00); This can be hybrid i.e. in the office 3 days per week and 2 days working from home if wanted.

Job Profile
- Daily management of the assigned customers’ orderbook, cooperating with the Sales team by monitoring orders and by verifying deliveries, according to the targets assigned by the Customer Service Leader.
- Build a sustainable relationship with the customer, providing all the necessary information about both the product and the orders/contracts, including possible updates, but also offering the proper support and ensuring resolution to customers’ complaints.
- Proactively handle customers’ complaints by communicating with the Customer Service Leader and other departments staff (Quality& Compliance, Finance, Operations, etc.)
- Ensure daily communication with the Sales team so that the commercial strategy between Sales and Customer Service is aligned.
- To undertake, as directed, any other duties as may be commensurate with the overall efficient running of the Company.
