In this role, you’ll drive the growth of the commercial jet division in the U.S., focusing on new business, client relationships, and efficient flight planning. Strong customer service, strategic procurement, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development: Meet or exceed sales targets, generate new business, and maintain strong client relationships to drive growth.
• Client Engagement: Provide exceptional, tailored experiences and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Support and mentor junior team members, helping them grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Procurement & Flight Planning: Secure the best aircraft options and ensure smooth flight coordination and operational efficiency.
• Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and generate new sales opportunities.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven extensive experience in charter brokerage.
• Strong market knowledge and ability to adapt to changing conditions.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• Motivated, competitive, and results oriented.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team-oriented, with leadership potential and the ability to manage junior staff.
• Flexibility to handle time-sensitive issues, including out-of-hours support.
