AW139 Fleet Manager

The Fleet Manager AW139 will work closely with the DOM P121 to ensure that the AW139 fleet availability and serviceability is maintained to the GACA approved CAMP and OEM standards/manuals and P145 standards. To always know the status of the AW139 fleet operational and maintenance status, providing oversight and support to all stakeholders during planned and unplanned events.

Location: Riyadh

Main Responsibilities:

• Review and updating of the AW139 operational and maintenance plans.
• Responsible for ensuring the AW139 availability and serviceability.
• Interact with P121, MCC, Logistics, AEP and P145 departments during AOG events.
• Internal stake holder liaison for mission readiness and maintenance planning events
• OEM liaison to report and retrieve technical information as needed.
• Provide surveillance of the AW139 fleet condition, standards, maintenance inputs on behalf of the P121 DOM
• Ensure the required engineering standards, aircraft maintenance documentation completion, Part 145 facilities are maintained.
• Attend daily ops and weekly planning meetings to report the AW139 fleet activities, advising on specific issues/events.
• Ensure components are processed in a timely manner, coordinated with Logistics for return to OEM Vendor to avoid financial penalty delays for PBH components and warranty claims.
• Provide daily/weekly/monthly reporting including AOG events to the P121 DOM

Qualifications

• Equivalent EASA/FAA/ICAO Type II License (If non-GACA Licensed)
• GACA License/GACA Repairman Certificate
• Type rated on AW139 minimum 5 years.
• Thorough knowledge of GACA rules and regulations
• Previous in-depth experience of dealing with OEM’s.
• Previous use of maintenance forecasting systems
