Job Title: A&P Mechanical Instructor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Contract Type: Permanent, Fulltime onsite.
Aircraft Type: Rotary – H145
Key Duties:
- The instructor will report to the training manger and be responsible for establishing and implementing training programs for H145 platform in accordance with our clients training manuals.
- The Instructor must be able to impart knowledge of mechanical (B1), hydraulic and electrical principles that apply to maintenance and repair of the rotary wing Aircraft ; internal hardware such as interconnects, lines, valves, gauges, controls, pumps, sealing materials, sheet metal parts; properties of rubber and application of organic sealing compounds; interpretation of wiring diagrams, blueprints; use of layout drawings; technical publications; concepts and application series and supporting publication; and work policies and procedures is mandatory.
- The instructor is an expert (SME) in Aircraft mechanical specialty and course delivery.
- He has a deep understanding of technical (Mechanical) GSAC courses and can communicate this with peers and clients alike.
- Technical Instructors are responsible for providing challenging theoretical instruction to course participants during the period of the training program.
- The job holder will develop courses and/or deliver theoretical and practical training.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum Diploma in Aircraft maintenance specialty or recognized aviation training program in respective field/specialty (Minimum 2 years).
- EASA Part 66/ FAA A&P license is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience (Military or Civilian) in H145 Maintenance and a minimum of 3 years proven experience as Technical Instructor.
- Type rating in H145 by approved organization from OEM.
- Experienced in Developing and instructing OJT training curriculum in respective fields for fresh maintenance technicians or advanced maintenance technicians that have maintenance experience.
- Experience in Develop teaching aids such as charts, graphs, handouts, overheads, and slides to facilitate the technical training courses.
- Experience in directly supervising new maintenance technicians during training evaluations and be conversant with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have Instructor qualification/course certificate from recognized organization.
