A320 Composites Technician

Are you a skilled Structures/Composite Technician with 2-3+ years of experience in composites and a strong background in aviation engineering?
Do you have expertise in technical publications, a thorough understanding of A320 materials, and experience with radomes, winglets, and skins?

We’re hiring on behalf of a European-headquartered aircraft MRO facility located in Ireland, an EASA/FAA Part 145 operation that specializes in out-of-scope airframe and composite repairs. Role Overview

As a Structures, your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and assessing aircraft components in accordance with technical publications, CMMs, SRMs, and AMMs.
• Preparing detailed inspection reports for customer review.
• Demonstrating proficiency in composite and metalworking techniques.
• Fully refurbishing and painting repaired components.
• Performing repairs on aircraft flying surfaces in a workshop environment.
• Inspecting and releasing components to service in compliance with airworthiness regulations.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Expertise in A320 materials, radomes, winglets, flying surfaces/controls.
• Previous experience as certifying staff and working in alignment with a company’s MOE.
• Familiarity with inspecting and releasing parts to service on EASA Form
