Strengthening Our Future

I am delighted to announce a strategic restructure of the Line Up Group to ensure we are well-positioned to navigate an evolving marketplace and seize new opportunities. This restructuring will not only enable us to enhance the level of service we provide to our clients but also support our growing portfolio of contractors and candidates.

• Grant Jones has been appointed Group Managing Director, where he will lead and oversee the growth and development of our expanding group of companies and offices.
• Natalie Dalkin has been promoted to Recruitment Manager, UK
• Alessandro Mereghetti has been promoted to Recruitment Manager, Italy
• Hollie Binstead will take on the role of Delivery Team Lead.
• Tiziana Zampieri has been promoted to Finance Manager, Italy.

Additionally, as part of this restructure, I will be transitioning into the role of Executive Chairman. This change will allow me to step back from the day-to-day operations and focus on driving strategic initiatives and fostering key client relationships.
