Job Title	Manager - Lean Programs

Client Profile	Operating from a state-of-the-art facility, providing comprehensive technical services to operators of wide body and narrow body commercial aircraft, business jets, military and VIP aircraft. These services include maintenance and modifications, system upgrades, aircraft painting, and VIP aircraft interior design and refurbishments.
Duties	PERMANENT POSITION To manage sustainable improvements to results in business units through the use of process improvement strategies and tools. Duties/Responsibilities:- Analyse, plan and implement process improvement needs Evaluate and model existing processes Organise, lead and facilitate cross-functional projects Identify improvement options Develop metrics that provide data for process management and indicators for future improvement opportunities Collect data to identify root cause problems Measure performance against process requirements, aligning improvement projects to close performance shortfalls Identify and manage resources, including cross-functional members, to successfully execute projects Provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality Deploy plans from conception through to closure Deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control courses Other tasks as assigned by VP Aircraft Maintenance and Manufacturing DUE TO VISA RESTRICTIONS, ONLY BRITISH, AMERICAN AND SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONALS WILL BE CONSIDERED For further information, please submit a copy of your latest CV in confidence to caroline@luap.com or to discuss further please call +44 (0) 1403 217688. Qualifications	Bachelors degree in industrial production management or equivalent Certified Six Sigma Black Belt A minimum of 7yrs job related experience with a minimum of 5yrs in a managerial/supervisory role DUE TO VISA RESTRICTIONS, ONLY BRITISH, AMERICAN AND SOUTH AFRICAN NATIONALS WILL BE CONSIDERED
