Client Profile	An airline which has established itself as the industry leader in the CIS/ Central Asia region, with an outstanding reputation for providing safe, reliable and comfortable air services on both its domestic network and long-haul routes.
Duties	Our client is currently seeking and Aviation Safety Manager to manage the the Company’s Safety Management System which encompasses all operations departments: Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Service Delivery, Engineering and Maintenance, In-Flight Services, Crew Training, Operations Control and AVSEC. Responsibilities: Manage hazard identification systems, including safety reports, safety surveys and audits, integrating FDM and QA audits, International reports and associated relevant material, sources of potential risk. Review and support departmental risk minimisation actions. Direct formally convened (aviation safety) investigations of selected hazards as managed by deputy Manager Aviation safety. Coordinate interaction between departmental safety action groups and advise airline management on safety related matters. Maintain airline safety programme database and records, SMS Manual and supporting work procedures. Coordinate interaction with Regulator concerning safety matters and disseminate safety regulation changes within the airline as appropriate.
Qualifications	You will need to be an active Pilot with Line Flying duties on Airbus/Boeing/Fokker or Embraer aircraft.
