Duties	Our prestigious client is seeking a Senior Finance Manager who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the organization, assisting the Deputy Managing Director in the aggressive and successful growth of the company. The main focus of this role will be in the day to day leadership and management of the operational areas e.g Maintenance, Flight Operations and the Ground Operations department. The Role Motivate and lead a high performance management team Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization. Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes. Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company. Through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of company, the Senior Finance Manager provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass revenue sale targets, profitability, cash flow, business goals and objectives Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external and the provision of timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company Assist, as required, in raising additional capital that will enable the Company to meet growth and market share objectives. Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company. Represent the firm with clients, guests, investors, and business partners. Qualifications	Over 5 years experience as a manager of an international airline Airline related qualifications in three different areas, one of which must be an operational area of the airline.
