Holding an EASA Design Organisation Approval and EASA Production Organisation Approval, providing a full design, production and maintenance solution.
Furthermore, it is an approved Service Center for the Airbus ACJ, Boeing BBJ, Gulfstream, Canadair Challenger, Learjet, Dassault Falcon series as well as the Hawker series. |
| Duties |
JOB SCOPE - PERMANENT POSITION
Manager Operation Hangar - planning, steering and controlling of daily hangar space planning
Main tasks:-
Managing daily operation for approx 50 aircraft ranging from Business Jets to wide bodied aircraft
Ensuring effective operation of direct reporting teams
Planning, co-ordination in regards of aircraft movement
Organisation of hangar space in regards to commercial enhancement
Planning and assisting in purchase of ground service equipment
Establish shift plan for team
Managing direct reports, perform evaluations
Co-ordination with hangar operation office

Requirements
Professional Skills:-
Must have technical apprenticeship
Must have experience in Aviation Business - maintenance minimum of 8yrs
Must have advanced communication skills in English
Should be familiar with Microsoft Office, MS Project and Powerpoint
Personal/Leadership Skills:-
Must have organisational leader skills
Must be able to solve problem and conflict situations
Must stay calm in stressful situations
Must be able to make decisions independently
